Custom Order Form
After your purchase of a Country Roads Knife. You may have the option to further customization on your knife. Please fill out the form with your information and your request. For Custom Orders their may be a slight delay to perfect your design. We will send you a custom invoice to your email following your purchase. Payment must be made in 24 hours to be made on your knife. If no payment is recieved your product will be shipped without your custimzation.
I understand that any form of down payment and/or Custom Down Payment is nonrefundable in the event that the balance cannot be paid in full prior to shipment of the merchandise. Furthermore, Country Roads Knife reserves the rights to delay the shipment periods up to 4-7 weeks due to stock, back orders etc. After 7 weeks delay the customer can request a full refund of down payment or full purchase.
