Crappie Fish Fillet

Our outdoor series Crappie Fillet has a production limit of 2,500 and is made of 8-A stainless   This outdoor series Fillet Knife is just over 11-inches in length with a 6″ blade, 1/2″ wide and only 1/16″ thick.  Its slim and thin design makes most small pan fish a breeze to fillet, however you will also find this outdoor series knife as your go to for bass, flounder and even salmon. Just make sure you clean it really well when using saltwater fish. 

Having a full satin finish fillet knife like this allows for easy engraving and if you contact Kyle and speak nicely to him he might add something extra like a name or a special occasion date.  You can also purchase this Outdoor Series filet knife with a Walnut and Cherry laminated handle for a little extra money or just a full Walnut or Cherry handle at no extra cost.  Additionally, please note that there is a small up charge for the deluxe gift box with all of our outdoor series knives. 

The 8-A stainless is Cryogenically Tempered to -3050F and holds a very good edge, however, you still need dressed from time to time to time and our gift box comes with a Diamond Stone and 2 sided leather Strop
