The Alaskan Cheat
The Cheat is a full tang clip point at 7.5 inches overall with a 3 and 1/4 inch blade. Compact enough to ride on your belt all day, big enough to handle real work when you get there. The clip point gives you a fine tip for detail cuts with plenty of belly left for slicing.
It is built on D2 tool steel, a high carbon high chromium steel that is known for wear resistance and edge retention. The 10 to 13 percent chromium content gives it better corrosion resistance than most tool steels. Heat treated to 56 to 58 HRC.
Rosewood handle scales with a polished brass bolster. Handle and bolster run 4 inches, so your whole hand gets a grip on it rather than three fingers and a wish.
Production on the Alaska Series is capped at 2,500. Every Country Roads knife carries a user care lifetime warranty, non transferable.
