The Alaskan Wheeling

The Wheeling is a full tang Damascus clip point, 8.5 inches overall with a 4 inch blade. The full tang runs the length of the handle, so there is no weak point anywhere in the knife. The clip point tip does fine work, the belly does the rest.

The blade is 230 layers of 1095 high carbon and 15N20 nickel carbon, folded and forged. Ten more layers than the drop point Damascus blades, and a tighter pattern for it. Hardness runs 59 to 62 HRC.

Walnut handle with a 304 stainless bolster, 4.5 inches of handle and bolster together. The stainless gives you a bright clean break between the pattern of the blade and the grain of the wood.

Production on the Alaska Series is capped at 2,500. Every Country Roads knife carries a user care lifetime warranty, non transferable.
